Vane and I was able to catch the last day of EuroStar Carnival at the Fort. We arrived there at around 9:30 pm and during weekdays, the carnival closes at 12 midnight. So, I thought it would be a good idea if we'll just pay the entrance fee of 150 pesos and just buy tokens later just in case we decided to try their carnival rides. Nevertheless, we still availed of the 300 ride-all-you-can ticket because I realized that we'll get our money's worth if we get that option.
There are numerous extreme rides at Eurostar that are never before seen in the local carnival scene. Rides like Booster, Joker, Flipper, Ranger are just some of the names that I recall.
We ate first our dinner before we started enjoying the carnival rides. By the way, the 300 ride-all-you-can ticket includes a 50 peso food stub. Our stomach is full and my gf is not that agreeable in trying those extreme rides. We enjoyed the ferris wheel, the bump car, carousel and the jungle log jam (I forgot the actual name).
We wasted 500 pesos worth of tokens in trying to win some of those loony tunes stuff toys, too bad I wasn't so lucky as before ( the week before, we went to Star City and we won a jumbo stuff toy).
All in all, we had a blast. It was our post Valentines celebration because I was too busy with work and school that we didn't have the chance to relax and bond together.
I'll post some of our pictures later. :)...Pictures are now posted!
