Another Cebu Pacific Promo

Cands gave me some info about the new Cebu Pacific promo and here is what I've found..

To mark the completion of its $670 million refleeting program, Cebu Pacific (CEB) is celebrating with a P1 one-way fare offering for all its 20 domestic destinations as well as five regional destinations. Passengers have only from March 2 to 8, or until seats last, to buy their tickets. This is good for travel from June 1 to December 15, 2007. The P1 fare is exclusive of taxes and surcharges.

"This is CEB's way of celebrating its brand new fleet of Airbus aircraft, which at barely 11 months old, is by considerable distance the youngest in the Philippines and is one of the youngest in the world." said Candice Iyog, CEB VP for Marketing and Product.

Iyog added "This is our biggest sale ever, where we've allotted about 10% of our capacity at the P1 fare. We have made available more than 300,000 seats…and for the first time, we have included Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur and Jakarta."

CEB has always been a trailblazer in creative pricing strategies, as it manages to give the lowest fares on every route it serves.

"CEB introduced low fares in the local aviation scene in 1996, which allowed more Pinoys to fly. Today, we continue our staunch commitment to travel and tourism by again lowering fares to an extreme, this time for both domestic and regional routes," Iyog said. "We are looking forward to having more first-time flyers on our flights and also hoping to see our regular flyers fly more often."

Iyog added that the best way to avail of the P1 fare is to book and purchase through the airline's website ( www.cebupacificair.com), though this is also available through CEB reservations at (02) 70-20-888 or CEB ticket offices and accredited travel agents. The P1 fare is for immediate payment upon booking.

"We encourage everyone to act fast and book their flights now for the best availability of the P1 fares before the seats are sold out," emphasized Iyog.
CEB takes delivery of its 14th aircraft today, marking the completion of the airline's re-fleeting program. CEB operates the most domestic destinations, flights and routes, making the airline the Philippines' leading domestic carrier and low fare leader.

Hong Kong - 2,914.63
Kuala Lumpur - 3,018.00
